Catalyst journey & Ravensong
[in this post: "Your Voice as Catalyst" a workshop + Ravens, a poem]
Tender. That's how I feel the energy this first of October. Tender and volatile. I am sending us all so much resilience, as much as we can muster. I am inviting us to sit for a few minutes in silence in the sun, feel the warmth on the forehead, hold space for peace so we can cultivate the strength for what wants to speak. And take a small next step. Or make an intention towards it.
a new catalyst
I sat this morning. What came to me was to say: let us go on a CATALYST journey to write a new CREED, a 4-minute poetic monologue that frees us to act on what is calling to us. ~ for hidden revolutionaries, healers, coaches, artists, leaders ~ The journey is made of six 90 minute sessions starting November 16 and ending on the Winter Solstice ~ so we speak our CREEDS out into the world as the light returns.
ever since...
"I feel the catalyst journey is a talisman of sorts," I said the disembodied podcast with ev. escher (@45 min mark, I really liked what I said 😄). A former participant said, "ever since I took the Catalyst workshop, I speak up." (She spoke it casually, and I rushed to write her words on a paper napkin afterwards so as not to forget them) "And I'm not speaking up just to be loud," she said. "In my voice there are truths that need to be heard to bring the world back into balance." (balance, the pen poked a hole through the paper as I scribbled, b-a-l-a-n-c-e)
as accessible as possible
There are tiers of pricing and scholarships- so it's accessible to as many folks who feel called to it. Early birds who Register before October 15 get an additional ten percent off, what I call my "peace of mind" discount - jaja:) And if you want to schedule a Zoom chat to learn more, please do - there are links to my calendar. You can ask me about this group journey or one-on-one sessions as well for story-mentoring.
RAVENSONG
These days, I walk on mesas, peer at marine fossils in ancient limestone, marvel at quartz hills, touch sandstone tenderly. Nature softens the breaking world. I call on peace, wish for strength, embrace the fear, take another step. Ravens swoop into the story. I speak back to them. Ravens were dancing when I met them. They took their black beaks off and made shoes...{the whole poem here}
Oh I am sending us all so much resilience, as much as we can muster.
